The Great White North
When we woke up in Alberta, it was the moon that illuminated the sky. Although the sun was close to rising, it was the moon that welcomed us into the day. We set out for the car and I brushed off remnants of last night’s snow from the hood, the roof and the windshield of the car. And after a blast of ice cold wind jolted us awake, we drove onto the highway, head first into the day.
